the location was spot on
the location was great
no room service, the room was not cleaned once whilst thier ! ! no tea or coffee in the room, for a delux room I find that surprising !

Overall a very nice experience in a perfect location with plenty of nearby and onsite amenities.
The room was quiet and well arranged though there was an issue with the water which tasted a bit like sea water which was probably beyond the control of the hotel administration.

nice stay but do not forget that you are still in a jungle :)
nice resort, great location, in house restaurant and pool bar with friendly prices
pool was in a shade for most of the day because of hotel building; room was not clean - I found used slipper next to the bed, hair and used fake nails… I complained and asked for proper cleaning - they took slipper and nails and hair left… there was mold in bathroom fan. Hygienic standards absolutely were not even close to european. I was hoping for bigger purity in “better hotels” unfortunately not ; there was some smell in my room; AC did not work properly - it cooled too much or did not work
